IISIP Update - Version 1.0

IISIP has finally made it to version 1.0!

The progress was made mostly to getting lots of good feedback and to some nice code improvements from George Atkins.  (who has been promoted to contributor status :).

To those who have offered code improvements they are still welcome of course.  Some people have requested the app periodically update the lists in the background.  This would be nice but it would require the app to be divided up into separate UI and Service components.  I don't have time to make that kind of change at the moment, but maybe someone will be inspired to write it :).

Thanks again to all bug reports, feedback, and help.
