Nice Background But Even With A Duel Core 6000+ Processor 4 gig memory 800 DDR2 Maxes Both Cores... Not Good If You Want To Do Anything Else But Watch The Dream... Looks Nice Though Just Need To Find A Way To Make It So The Cpu Usuage Is Below 20% Not 100%

Hi, thanks for your comments.

One thing to try is the 720p version, which is much less resource intensive than the 1080p version and looks nearly as good.

Also Video cards released in 2007 or later have hardware acceleration than greatly reduces the CPU usage. For example I have a cheap NVidia 8600 card and my CPU utilization is about 9%.

However I will play with the encoding settings and see if I can make the load as light as possible.

Lee

Pretty nice, but I think you could've zoomed in a bit more and smoothed/varied the movement just a little to make it look more "natural". Right now it looks a bit odd at some places. (this may be due to the loopable nature of the clip)

But thanks for sharing this anyway, it's a pretty nice clip as far as publicly available dreamscene clips go.

Keep up the 1080 work. Quads with Quad SLI do this stuff in there sleep!

720P looks amazing. Runs fine on P4 3.7G Vista Business 3G RAM.

Somian

the download doesnt work, it always stops at ~27MB o_°

This one is nothing for Quad Cores
You Gotta Make Dreamscene Longer and Some Much More Resource Intensive of 1080p
Thanks...

Looks awesome, but the loop transition is too obvious and distracting; can't use it as my desktop unfortunately, because of that.
